Dan has been a vital part of our firm since 1995, after gaining valuable experience as a senior tax consultant at Deloitte & Touche. He quickly took on the role of Managing Partner and CEO, overseeing all the ins and outs of our operations. With over 27 years under his belt, Dan's expertise spans technology consulting, small business ownership, controlling, and certified public accounting.
Specializing in tax, healthcare, real estate, and business consulting, Dan has a knack for navigating complex healthcare practice sales and acquisitions. He's also been a go-to for dentists and doctors looking to kickstart their new and existing practices.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and has been an active community member. He's served on various boards, including:
- Hot Springs Metro Partnership Economic Development Organization (2006 – Present): Chairman (2010), Treasurer (2017)
- Hot Springs Fifty for the Future (2012 – 2017): Chairman (2016), Treasurer (2013-2014)
- Metro Little Rock Regional Economic Development Board (2016-2017): Executive Committee and Treasurer (2017)
- Hot Springs Area Community Foundation (2015 – Present): Chairman (2018-2019) Vice Chair (2016-2017)
- Greater Hot Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (2000-2006): Vice Chair – Economic Development (2010), Chairman (2005)
- Oaklawn Foundation, Inc.: Treasurer and Board Member (2006-2010)
- Garland County Habitat for Humanity: The firm has provided all accounting services on a reduced fee or pro-bono basis since its inception in 1998.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys outdoor activities such as pheasant hunting, duck hunting, and fishing. He cherishes time with his family, including his wife Gina, their two adult children and spouses, and two grandchildren.
